The Shepparton Art Gallery Shop is a
fantastic place to purchase artist-made ceramics and gifts. With
works from local and interstate artists the Shepparton Art Gallery
Shop represents a number of artists including Bern Emmerichs, Kaye
Poulton, Owen Rye, Wendy Jagger and Lesa Farrant.
Artists working in hand made silver/gold and alternative
jewellery materials, ceramics, glass and printmaking are encouraged

FE Cox - An Enigmatic Potter $12.00
On display at the Shepparton Art Gallery
in 2006/2007 was a stunning exhibition which has been curated by
Greg Hill for the Shepparton Art Gallery called, "FE Cox – An
Enigmatic Potter (1871-1955)". The catalogue outlines the work of
FE Cox (Frederick Ernest Cox) and his manufacturing techniques of
hand building and the use of stoneware firing aligned with his
distinctive designs that lead to a very memorable range of
pottery.
Godwin Bradbeer - The Metaphysical Body
1970-2005 $12.00
This exhibition surveys 35 years of one of
Australia's most celebrated draftsmen, taking us from Bradbeer's
early photographic self-portraiture through key works in the
artist's career. In his work our natural instinct for
self-preservation, pleasure and procreation can be considered
entwined with a yearning for origins and universal beginnings. The
catalogue essay by Dr Neill Overton places Bradbeer’s work within
an historical framework.
